Studying wine and hospitality in France allows for an immersion in some of the world's most renowned epicenters of gastronomy, viticulture, and hospitality. Bordeaux, known as the global capital of wine, offers students access to prestigious vineyards, cutting-edge research centers, and a rich cultural heritage deeply intertwined with winemaking traditions. Meanwhile, Paris, with its vibrant culinary scene and cosmopolitan atmosphere, provides a dynamic backdrop for exploring the intricacies of hospitality management in diverse settings, from Michelin-starred restaurants to boutique hotels nestled in historic neighborhoods.

Interactive learning and professional engagement are core components of the programme. Students embark on a 6-month internship in various industry-related establishments, such as hotels, restaurants, or vineyards. This hands-on experience allows them to immerse themselves in real-world scenarios and deepen their understanding of the sectors. Additionally, they undertake a research project, focusing on real business issues under the guidance of an academic supervisor. This project culminates in a written report and oral presentation, contributing significantly to their final degree grade.
